Omišalj and the town of Grobnik alternate in the role of hosts of the People’s Theater Festival, an event that celebrates the most popular plays of Croatian theatres! Performances are held alternately on Prikešte square and the ancient city of Grobnik*. The goal, of course, is to watch everything. The specialty of this one  festival lies in the cultural cooperation of the former Frankopan castles, Omišalj Municipality and Čavle Municipality, an environment rich in cultural tradition and folk creativity.
