Romeo finds inspiration in the beauty and charm of old stone coastal houses. He is especially fascinated by windows – shutters and shutters, the foreboding of life and spirit of time that they cover. Each window tells its own story in an authentic and humorous way and invites the viewer to imagine the life that takes place behind the old sheds corroded by time and sea salt. He has been painting with a combined technique, using complex materials, for a number of years. Creating each relief (3D) image is very complex and time-consuming. In making his paintings, he constantly improves and explores techniques, innovating certain procedures and processes.
