“Friends of the sea – Giants of Croatian photography of the 50s”
The exhibition from the series “Friends of the Sea” in 2013 on 64 formats of 50×70 cm exclusive print on aluminum presents artistic photography created in the 50s of the last century with the theme of life in the Croatian Adriatic. The works were selected by the expert team of the “Rovinj Photodays” festival and were collected from the funds of national museums, photo clubs and private collections: MUO Zagreb, Zadar National Museum, Tošo Dabac Archive, Rijeka City Museum, Photo Club Split, Photo Club Rijeka, Orel Private Collection , private collection of Vučemilović. The aim of this exhibition is to show domestic and foreign visitors the enviable culture of Croatian photography in the 1950s.
